Dipak Vadera is a full time backpacker and digital nomad with audacious dreams to transform the way companies approach prospecting.

Dipak Vadera is on a mission to help B2B Companies Make Marketing Great Again (AKA, his signature catch phrase!). However, beyond the innovate work he does, a few other words that can be used to describe him include “backpacker,” “storyteller,” “digital nomad,” and “remote worker.” His multi passionate outlook has led him to grow two tech unicorns and continue to help companies grow and succeed.

We were able to chat with Dipak to learn more about how he landed where he did, why he’s passionate about the work he does, and so much more.

How did you get started in your field of work?

I immediately made my way into the corporate world post-academia, working in marketing at mammoth enterprise IT corporations. Whilst those experiences served as a good foundation to build my knowledge on B2B marketing, I didn't feel fulfilled. I wanted to help make a bigger contribution to the wider picture, putting myself out there on the field and have more interaction with end-users and clients. Hence, I left the corporate world behind to join some startups, kickstarting my career in B2B sales.

What are you passionate about in your work?

I'm on a mission to help B2B Companies Make Prospecting Great Again! In B2B, buying has evolved, however, selling for the most part, hasn't. Most organisations are not evolving with the times and are still hung up on 'old school' methods that are holding them back, and hindering their growth. My day-to-day is far from being mundane or monotonous! I look forward to every single day as I get to speak to different companies with their own set of challenges.

How do you advertise your service to others?

Predominantly via my website and LinkedIn.

What does your ideal workspace look like?

For the past 3.5 years, I've been working from anywhere and everywhere, living life as a digital nomad. My ideal workspace set-up would include a big external monitor, an ergonomic chair, a height-adjustable desk (I do like standing up every now and then), a pair of Bose QC35s, a Logitech MX Master series mouse, and a notepad to make notes on.

How would you describe your ideal client?

Sales & marketing managers would constitute my ideal buyer personas. Leadfeeder helps marketers identify and qualify leads based on their website traffic. That being said, I teach sales managers how they can act on said data, bringing them a step closer to that sale by employing the likes of social selling to connect with their prospects.

And last but not least, tell us where we can find you!

Currently, you can find me in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain). Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn and follow my journey on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
